Warren J. Goldstein joined The American Legion in January of 2011. Currently, Warren serves as a National Field Service Representative; his area of responsibility includes Veterans Integrated Service Network's 6, 15, 18, 22, and 23. Warren will be conducting site visits in FY 2011 to the various Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical facilities in conjunction with the American Legion's "A System Worth Saving" Program. Warren's collateral duties for the American Legion include the National Cemetery Administration, Third Party Billing, Advisory Committee on Structural Safety of VA Facilities, Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation, Advisory Council on National Research, and Research Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterans.

Warren served eight years in the United States Army both on Active Duty and in the Army National Guard. His military occupation was as a Combat Medic. He served 3 years in Germany with the 5th battalion 3rd Air Defense Artillery Unit in Wackernheim, Germany. Warren was also in charge of the Mills Treatment Facility at Ft. Dix, NJ responsible for processing soldier's physicals that were being deployed overseas. During his tour, Warren was a recipient of the Expert Field Medical Badge, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and Army Good Conduct Medals.

Warren obtained a B.A. degree in International Politics from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Currently, Warren resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and twin boys and is a member of the American Legion in the state of Maryland.
